電池箱精細(xì)化有限元模型

目前已有的研究大部分采用質(zhì)量點模擬電池組,雖然建模速度快,計算時間少,但是電池組對箱體沖擊力并不是均勻分布在箱體上,箱體變形并不符合實際。因此,有必要建立考慮電池箱內(nèi)部電芯、托架及BMS等電氣附件的精細(xì)化有限元模型。電池組內(nèi)部有許多電芯、壓板、隔板、電芯連接片、模塊連接片、固定螺栓,結(jié)構(gòu)十分復(fù)雜,考慮到仿真的難度和準(zhǔn)確度,該精細(xì)化電池箱模型主要體現(xiàn)在以下方面:
Most of the existing research uses mass point simulation battery group, although the modeling speed is fast and the time of calculation is few, but the impact force of the battery pack is not evenly distributed on the box body, and the deformation of the box is not in line with the actual condition. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a refined finite element model considering the electrical accessories inside the battery box, bracket and BMS. In the battery pack, there are many electric core, press plate, partition board, electric core connection piece, module connection piece and fixed bolt. The structure is very complex. Considering the difficulty and accuracy of simulation, the model of the fine battery box is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1、電芯數(shù)量過多,考慮到建模的時間、計算量、接觸面,將12個電芯組成的電池組視為一個實體,傳力的大小和路徑比質(zhì)量點更精確;
1, the number of electric cores is too much. Considering the time of modeling, the amount of calculation and the contact surface, the battery group composed of 12 electric cores is regarded as an entity, and the size and path of the transmission force are more accurate than the mass point.
2、保留電池組主要的傳力部件,例如上壓桿、內(nèi)壓桿、固定螺栓和外殼,保證電池組的慣性沖擊力按精確的路徑作用到箱體底板;
2. Keep the main force transmission parts of the battery group, such as the upper pressure bar, the internal pressure bar, the fixed bolt and the shell, to ensure that the inertial impact force of the battery group acts on the box floor according to the exact path.
3、考慮電池組與底板、壓桿與電池組之間的接觸非線性,保證電池組的慣性沖擊力按精確的大小作用到箱體底板。

4、簡化程度低,僅僅忽略對靜強度影響不大的電芯連接鍍鎳銅片、模塊連接片等。
